What must the name and date band contain?
Your full name as written on the application and the date the photograph was taken, both legible against a plain background at the bottom of the image. This tool draws a white band and prints both lines into the pixels before compressing, so the caption cannot be lost.
Does this tool upload my photo anywhere?
