About Photo20KB

Almost every Indian government exam form — SSC, UPSC, Railway, banking, police, state PSC and dozens more — asks for a photograph and signature in an exact pixel size and an exact file size window, both a minimum and a maximum. Generic photo compressors only aim below the maximum, so a clean, well-lit photograph routinely compresses to a few KB under the floor and gets silently rejected at upload with no explanation. That gap — the minimum file size almost every other tool ignores — is the specific problem Photo20KB was built to solve.
